Advanced Scuba Diver
Advanced Scuba Diver with optional Nitrox
This is the second course in a divers training career. It allows a diver to level up by learning special areas of skills and activities. This not only expands your experience, but lets you learn more about the underwater world.
The course consists of 3 required dives to include navigation, night/limited visibility, and deep (up to 130’ max depth). Then you can choose 3 more dives from the following list. These elective dives will vary depending on location/conditions.

Course consists of an initial sign-up meeting then a Sat/Sun weekend for the dives. Divers will need to pay additional fees for open water site fees, gas fills, and any accommodations
- Search and recovery
- Boat diving
- Light salvage
- Hunting and collecting
- Exploration and underwater mapping
- Wreck diving (non-penetration)
- Observation and data collecting
- Diving in surf or currents
- Altitude diving
- Salt Water diving (in areas where most diving is in fresh water)
- Fresh water diving (in areas where most diving is in salt water)
- Shore diving
- Diving for photos and video
